Tim Lemmer is Letters editor of the Journal. Previously he worked on NewsNET, the Journal's Intranet tool for reporters. He ran NewsNET since 2002 and, among other duties, has been the paper's resident expert on ergonomics. He joined the Journal in 1984 from the Philadelphia Inquirer. At the Journal, Tim has also served as assistant national news production manager and wrote the first proposal for using PCs at the Journal. He is a graduate of Oxford University, where he read modern history.
