Collin Levey is an assistant editorial features editor for The Wall Street Journal. She also writes the OpinionJournal.com column "Scene & Heard" on alternate Wednesdays. Previously Ms. Levey was an editorial page writer for the Journal and worked as Journal editor Robert Bartley's reporter on his weekly column, "Thinking Things Over." She also spent several months in Hong Kong writing for The Asian Wall Street Journal editorial page. Born in Chicago, Ms. Levey earned a bachelor's degree in international history and economics from Vassar College.
